The beginning of the end...

After slacking for 3 weeks in a row and already smoking nearly $100 worth of product its finally time to begin documenting my quest for BBQ supremacy. Assuming I can manage to find time and put forth the minuscule amount of effort that is required to make a post after a few hours of smoking. I should be left with a fairly well documented chronicle of my success and failure in attempting to learn the ins and outs of smoking over priced chunks of dead animals. This my friends the beginning of the end for my wallet, my waist line, and my sanity.
